Full Podcast Link: https://bit.ly/BrentMarshall Growing up in the small town of Hope, BC, Brent learned the value of hard work early on. His parents juggled multiple jobs—his mother as a homemaker and his father as a miner and butcher—often working 16-hour days to build a better life. Inspired by their dedication, young Brent took on household responsibilities and his first jobs while excelling in school, quickly building a foundation of tenacity that would propel him forward. At just 15, Brent began working full-time after school, pushing through long hours without losing momentum. By 18, he had saved enough to purchase a Mustang GT Cobra, fueling his passion for cars and kickstarting a journey that would define his life. He quickly gained hands-on experience at Equity Silver Mines, becoming the youngest employee and taking on intense 12-hour shifts while learning cutting, welding, and electrical work. He even joined the mine rescue team and earned his Class 1 Professional Driving License, pushing his limits in every direction. But a severe car accident during his university years forced Brent to pause. During his lengthy rehabilitation, he found purpose in volunteering with special needs children, a profoundly fulfilling experience that shaped his compassion and desire to give back. Yet, with bills mounting, he made a bold pivot to car sales, a move that would reveal the perfect synergy between his love of cars and his talent for connecting with people. Brent quickly rose to prominence, becoming the #1 General Motors salesperson in BC, a role that opened doors for him to manage and transform dealerships across Canada. Brent’s career soon took him to Prince George, where he was tasked with revitalizing a struggling dealership. Within 60 days, Brent’s leadership made the dealership the largest-volume operation in BC, a title it held for nearly a decade. From there, he opened multiple dealerships, including Hyundai and Nissan franchises, expanding his vision and influence in the auto industry. But Brent’s contributions extended beyond business. A dedicated philanthropist, he donated $1.2 million to build a children’s wing at the local UNHBC hospital. His community-first approach redefined his dealerships as beacons of social responsibility, giving back to the communities they served. Brent’s business ventures include: Omni.auto BDS Solutions Eyes On Auto Remax Office (Highest market share award within a year of acquisition) Tempest Aviation Group (Awarded a sole Boeing rotable contract) Geotech Drilling Northland Dodge, Nissan, and Hyundai Skaha Ford 3Mining CCJS Consulting Ltd. and CCJS Commercial Dealership Solutions.ca DCC Dream Car Charities V2R Construction Group Inc. Marshall Productions PG Motorsports Park Workout Bar Autobody Shops Liquor Warehouse Beer & Wine Stores With a deep commitment to efficient processes and disruptive marketing, Brent has left an indelible mark on the automotive industry. Yet, it’s his dedication to leaving a positive legacy—and his four beloved children—that keep his engine running. Brent Marshall’s journey is far from over, and he’s just getting started.
