Quantum Human Design- With Guest Karen Parker

In this conversation, I sat down with Dr. Karen Parker - PhD in Integrative Medicine, and the founder of Quantum Human Design. She’s someone who’s taken the traditional Human Design system and expanded it into a more empowering, heart-centered framework for healing, self-understanding, and conscious creation.

We talked about how Human Design isn’t just a personality system - it’s a map of how we use energy, how we’ve been conditioned, and how we can begin to rewrite the stories we’ve inherited. Karen talks about the healing journey, how to challenge inherited narratives, and how pain points become the doorway into deeper self-care and personal sovereignty.
