104 Why are you giving away all that power?

Tonight on CEP! Women's health coach Emily Marino shows up to shed light on some things.

She explains WHY perimenopausal women experience the symptoms they do.
She also says something I wish I'd known years ago: When you're under a huge amount of stress, it doesn't matter how much broccoli you eat. Your body isn't digesting anything properly! You digest junk food better when you're sitting with a friend, than it does good food with a foe.
What are you feeding yourself? Food is information, food is programming.
The same goes for entertainment: What are you feeding your soul? Most new shows are killing shows or political battles. Interestingly, your brain actually believes you're in that situation, so it adds to your stress.
"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." -Dr. Wayne Dyer
Finally, today's article is about how "connected cars" are vulnerable to a bad guy to hijack the controls of your car - all with zero benefit. The industry is scrambling to keep all of this under control with ultracomplex cybersecurity.
Nobody realizes we could simply make the decision to avoid all of that garbage technology, and simply never have a problem. Leaving your car, and yourself, open to attacks is a choice. Why would you give that much power away?
