Sisto is the agronomist and representative of export markets. Pietro is the oenologist / winemaker.  Elena, with a degree in Economics and Business, is responsible for marketing and public relations. She is a sommelier, "Donna del Vino" and "Castellana di Soave".  The winery is located in Costalunga di Monteforte d’Alpone (Veneto, Italy) in the Soave wine area,  with black  basalt rocks and volcanic origin. The main grapes they produce are Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave - 70% of the production is white wines.
