Launching next summer, 'sPark It Liverpool' will allow community organisations and independent businesses to create pop-up installations in on-street parking bays in order to engage, inspire and entertain the people of our city. Culture is Bad for You: Inequality in the Cultural and Creative Industries Culture will keep you fit and healthy. Culture will bring communities together. Culture will improve your education.
