On this episode Archie is joined by Tina Squire. Tina has had a successful career working in Corporate Sales & Human Resources for a number of years before leaving the corporate world to become a Certified ADHD Coach. Tina herself is diagnosed with Adult ADHD. Archie and Tina are discussing about ADHD in the workplace covering aspects such as disclosing about an ADHD diagnosis to the employer, reasonable adjustments in the workplace, employee's rights, legislation and law such as the Equality Act 2010 and a lot more themes which tend to come up particularly when thinking about neurodiversity in the workplace. They also discuss about ADHD coaching therapy with a particular emphasis on Adults. On this episode Archie is joined by Les Steed and Arthur Butcher who were both diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as adults. Les and Arthur share their story about their journey which eventually led them to seeking a diagnosis in their late 20s. Les and Arthur's stories do resinate with a number of adults who have lived with the condition for many years dating back to childhood before undergoing an ADHD assessment. Les and Arthur do also speak candidly about some of the social aspects of ADHD which do bring about some challenges and how they have tried to overcome them. We also discuss about some of the barriers which prevent male adults in particular from seeking an ADHD diagnosis or putting themselves forward for an assessment.

They are the primary things that provide support, wellbeing, a sense of belonging and self-worth.Many people with ADHD have these positive relationships but have to work hard at maintaining them because of their ADHD symptoms.
