Exactly one week after she crashed her car into a house in Los Angeles, actress Anne Heche has died after breathing in heavy smoke while trapped in her burning car. Heche ended up brain dead…now, her ex, Ellen DeGeneres, is calling it a sad day. Although Heche was declared brain dead, which makes her deceased by California law, her family says her heart was kept beating today so they can harvest her organs - which was her wish. We're learning more about what may be in some of those boxes of material FBI agents took away from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence. It's now being reported among the items were classified documents related to nuclear weapons. Steven Fabian spoke with one of Trump's lawyers who says that report is “ridiculous.” She's a popular Instagram model with millions of followers, now she's charged with murdering her boyfriend. She's claiming it was self-defense, but prosecutors have released a video, from months before, of the model fighting with her boyfriend that, they say, proves she was the aggressive one in the relationship. The model’s defense attorney called that fighting video irrelevant because it doesn't show what happened the night of the stabbing and says it will likely be inadmissible at the trial.
