Rudy Giuliani who turned himself in to be booked on charges in connection with efforts to throw out the 2020 Georgia presidential vote today. Former President Trump and the other defendants have until Friday to surrender to the Fulton County sheriff. Although, Giuliani has told the court he's out of money…he arrived in Atlanta via private jet. And the man who led a coup attempt against Vladimir Putin is presumed to be dead. Yevgeny Prigozhin was listed among the passengers on board a plane that was shot down just north of Moscow. Ever since the failed rebellion, many have considered Prigozhin a “dead man walking.”    Plus, she's the young woman who shoved an old lady who later died. The victim was a much loved vocal coach whose death made headlines...and today the woman responsible for her death pled guilty. It was a first day of school a classroom of third graders will probably never forget. When the teacher was reportedly acting weird, a school official checked in and thought the teacher smelled of booze. However, there was something terribly wrong at one ice cream shop - three people died and six others ended up in the hospital after having milkshakes. And she's a former juvenile court judge now starring on her own TV show. And she's a victim of groping and she says it left her shattered. It is unprecedented - but not unexpected. Donald Trump has now been indicted for a fourth time…on the anticipated criminal charges connected to trying to find votes in Georgia after he lost the 2020 presidential election. The former president now has ten days to turn himself in to authorities, and as Steven Fabian reports, this latest case is likely the most serious yet for Trump. And it's police bodycam footage that highlights a disagreement between the wife arrested in the Bahamas accused of ordering a hit on her estranged husband. Cops were called after a dispute when Lindsey Shiver apparently changed her plans last minute to ride on the family's private plane to the Bahamas, which her husband told cops was just to meet up with her lover. Five days later she was arrested. Lindsay Shiver denies ordering a hit on her estranged husband. Plus, a judge is on his way into court today...not to oversee a case. He's being arraigned himself...accused of murdering his wife. Prosecutors say he texted his clerk and bailiff that he wouldn’t be into work for the next day saying he just shot his wife. The judge has pled not guilty.
