Ep 152: Eliminating FATA From Your Life - Part 1

Ep 152: Eliminating FATA From Your Life - Part 1

Start Your Transformation Now You’re probably wondering what FATA is, right? It’s an acronym I just made up and it stands for Fear, Anxiety, Tension, and Anger. When you really think about it, we humans bathe ourselves in these emotions and most of us take this bath for life…and then we wonder why we’re not getting what we want in life. When we look into it we can all agree that these emotions and thoughts rob us of well-being and happiness and what most people never think about is what they cost us in terms of our health. In this episode, I start laying the foundation for ways that we can begin eliminating these mental poisons from our life and how our lives will immediately change when we do. The fact is this, most of us have gotten into these negative emotions for decades and we don’t even identify with them or recognize when we’re in the emotions and yet they are “running in the mental background like a cell phone app.” Not only do we want to eliminate these negativities from our lives for reasons of emotional well being, we also want to eliminate them to raise our spiritual connections and vibrations to source. In this episode I discuss: [6:50] Living life with low-grade anger [16:00] How habituated anger and fear is self-deception [18:16] How do you define fear? Anxiety? Tension? Anger? [23:34] What is the frequency and vibration of FATA? Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 151: Life And Death

Ep 151: Life And Death

Start Your Transformation Now Life And Death, whoa, what a huge concept to tackle in an episode. This episode doesn’t tackle it, but I definitely want to talk about it and get you to thinking about how you experience the concepts. How much thought have you really put into your own life and death? And, as I ask that question, if you’re like most people you have very simplistic definitions of those very words. You probably see them as black and white, meaning dead is one thing and living is another but there is no in-depth thought and deep understanding of what they both really mean? I mean, what are your definitions of both life and death. How do you define life, how do you define death? What does it mean to “live” your life? Are you truly living or are you just simply existing, going through your days? Are you just marking time until you die? What if I said to you that there is no such thing as death? That even sounds weird when you read it, right? I mean, what if there is no such thing as death then how does that even affect how you live your life? What if I said, there is no death, there is only life? And, should you be able to fully integrate that at a deep level of knowing, how would you live your life differently? Many in the West look at “death” as something to fear or better yet, something that is not even thought about until later in life. What if you lived your life as if you were going to die and your time here is limited? So, this episode applies to everyone because everyone on this planet is going to live and die, and I dig into what that could possibly mean for you. Transformational Takeaway: Everyone on this planet is going to live and die. How do you define life? Define death? Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 150: ENCORE Episode: Nothing Works In Your Life Without This

Ep 150: ENCORE Episode: Nothing Works In Your Life Without This

Start Your Transformation Now Ever wondered why you’re not getting the results you want in the gym, in your business and perhaps all the areas of your life? There could be many reasons but a huge reason is talked about in this episode, self-integrity. Are you being 100% integral with your word to yourself relative to your desired outcomes? Do you eat the way you say you’ll eat? Do you go to the gym when you say you will go? Do you lead generate for your business like you say you will? Do you do what you say you’ll do when you say you’ll do it? If you just said no to the above questions you’re going to love this episode because it’s all about self-integrity! It’s all about doing what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it. In this episode I discuss: [4:20] How you can have a 100-500% increase in your productivity when you keep your word to yourself. [9:46] How I used to lie to myself about integrity (and you probably do too). [20:37] How we speak our lives into existence. [23:10] Why not keeping your word affects your self-esteem. And, of course, much much more. Self-Integrity is VITAL to your success in any activity and according to a Harvard business professor who studies it, it’s one of the most over looked concepts in business and life. When we’re out of self-integrity, nothing works, we keep failing over and over in many areas of life that we think are important to us. Let me rephrase the last paragraph, things work in life but they rarely work the way we want when we’re out of integrity. Transformational Takeaway: Be 100% impeccable with your word to yourself. Ep 149: ENCORE Episode: Who Are You And What Is Your Identity?

Ep 149: ENCORE Episode: Who Are You And What Is Your Identity?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode we look at your identity and why you do what you do. You’ll learn that it doesn’t matter what you think you want and it doesn’t matter what you do because you only create in life what you are. Your identity is created from experiences in your life, then you create an interpretation from those experiences and then you tell yourself a story about it for the rest of your life. So, I order to change your identity, you must first ask “What would be the identity of someone who already has what I want?” Look for someone who already has what you want. Listen to the entire episode to learn about changing your identity! In this episode I discuss: [4:00] How your identity is formed when you’re a small child [4:29] How you have created an identity loop and it’s keeping you stuck [6:18] How to determine what identity you have (hint look at your environment) [14:01] Discovering your internal barometer [22:06] What identity do you want? How do you get it Transformational Takeaway: What identity would I need to have to create __ in my life? Ep 148: ENCORE Episode: You Are Not In Control, Your Brain Is.

Ep 148: ENCORE Episode: You Are Not In Control, Your Brain Is.

Start Your Transformation Now Trying to control your life? Control others? Getting into control in general? HINT: You have NO control, even if you think you do. Like it or not, your brain does all the “controlling” for you and that’s not a matter of opinion, it’s scientifically proven. Stop fighting life and stop trying to control life, it’s a waste of time and energy. In this episode I discuss: [2:00] How science proves that you have zero control over your life [4:31] How your “habits” actually control you [6:25] Why your habits are what they are [8:40] How parts of your brain work against each other [15:18] Why your emotions are stronger than your thinking [20:44] Why your habits are more important than your beliefs And, like I say over and over…much more. If you want the next 12 months to be your happiest and best ever then stop thinking about what you want and start focusing on your habits. You don’t get what you want in life, you get your habits and for the most part, CONTROL is a habit. Transformational Takeaway: You’re not in charge and you have no control, your brain is in control, not “you.” Mentioned Resources: EPISODE 5: “Why Your Bad Habits Are So Hard To Break” The Magic of Believing by Claude M. Ep 147: ENCORE Episode: The Real Reason You Never Have Enough Time To Do All That You Want To

Ep 147: ENCORE Episode: The Real Reason You Never Have Enough Time To Do All That You Want To

Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like most people you go through your days never having enough time, always playing “catch up” and wondering what you can do differently to get things done, right? If this is you, then you’re going to love this podcast episode because getting everything done that you need to is not about managing your time, it’s about prioritizing your commitments and values. When you know what you value most and what you’re committed to, it’s then easy to understand how you need to prioritize your time. If you don’t know what you’re committed to you don’t know how you’re choosing and when you don’t know how you’re choosing you’re mismanaging your time. Actually, the reason most people never have enough time is because they manage their day by time, and when you manage your day by time, you’ll never have enough time. Look at your own life and you’ll probably find that to be true. If you want to “catch up” and be productive and get things done then you must start managing your time by commitments and values. In this episode I discuss: [1:30] Managing your time is no longer about the clock [3:25] Whenever you manage your time by time or circumstance, you will never have enough time [8:26] Prioritize your time, energy, and effort to get you to bigger long-term rewards, than chasing your tail every single day [9:26] What am I committed to? Whatever you are committed to is what you want to prioritize [13:57] If you don’t know what you are committed to, you don’t know how you’re choosing, then you do not know how you are investing or squandering your time [15:30] Whatever you’re in the habit of, is how you invest your time [30:30] What am I committed to and who do I have to BE to make it happen Transformational Takeaway: Instead of working from the clock, and by the clock, where you want to start working from is, what am I committed to? Ep 146: ENCORE Episode: You’re Not In Control Of Anything

Ep 146: ENCORE Episode: You’re Not In Control Of Anything

Start Your Transformation Now Despite what you think, you’re not in control of anything. It’s the greatest illusion that most of us get into and it’s toxic to so many areas of life. In this episode I talk about: How control issues destroy self, relationships, families and even businesses I often see it: [2:46] Regarding self – mentally exhaust people and create frustration [9:48] Regarding families – I’ve seen it divide families [10:18] Regarding partnerships – I’ve seen it create “prisons” for partners [11:57] Regarding business – I’ve seen it strangle business growth The reality is, you have zero control in life and even if you think you do, you don’t. In truth and science, your brain runs the show. Your brain is in control. When you get into a car, how much control do you have? Better yet, when you get on an airplane, how much control do you really have? This is one episode of a few I’m going to create on the subject. Enjoy! Transformational Takeaway: You have ZERO control over anything in your life, but you do have influence in your life. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 145: ENCORE Episode: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life Part 2

Ep 145: ENCORE Episode: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life Part 2

Start Your Transformation Now How often you wondered why things are not coming to you as easily in life as they seem to come to others? Probably almost everyone reading this can relate in some way. Right? You’re working away, you’re helping others but things just don’t open up. The flood gates never open wide. There are a few reasons for this but a vital reason is where you’re holding your energy and attention in regard to service and manifestation. In my opinion, this episode is a Master Concept – AYNI. Ancient Incan for “Reciprocity of Life.” We get what we give with an open heart, and if you’re not getting in life you may want to ask yourself if are you “giving to get or giving to give?” In this episode I discuss: [10:30] Why “servant leadership” is usually misplaced [11:48] Taking, matching and giving [15:43] The humbleness of giving anonymously [24:54] Why the best way to take care of yourself it taking care of others first [25:42] How giving is like an ATM [26:15] Why giving to others is an investment in yourself And, as you know from every episode, much, much more. In this episode I give you multiple stories and examples of how I shifted from a “matcher” to a giver. Specifically, a giver with an open heart, which makes all the difference. I said it earlier and I’ll say it again, I cannot stress enough, AYNI, and mastering it is the key to just about everything you want. Enjoy this episode, and more importantly, master AYNI and transform your circumstances. Transformational Takeaway: What you give with an open heart is what returns.
