Alex Zannoni was the Director of Melbourne Trauma & Grief Services and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. He has over 30 years experience in delivering counselling and psychotherapy programs and extensive additional training in clinical neuro-psychotherapy and hypnosis. His scientific background and credentials were an extraordinary platform to shed light on personal anomalous encounters, that some of his client base were experiencing. It was so ubiquitous in his practice, that the paranormal literally became the normal.
