After nearly 7 years of plant dominant, pescatarean, vegan, and experimentation with how many body feels best, it's time to talk about eating meat again after almost a year of consideration. We also dive into tracking your cycle naturally, hormonal birth control, my experiences and the exact resources and ways I track my cycle ALL the way through the month for better prediction and understanding. This is NOT ADVICE! Simply what resources, apps and methods I use for those who have questions and want a process for when to start.
