Tonight’s sleep hypnosis is designed to help you soften the ache of a broken heart and begin restoring calm, safety, and self-trust from the inside out.

We infuse Carl Jung psychology in this session. Heartbreak can feel like something was taken from you… but from a Jungian lens, it can also be a powerful signal from the unconscious: a message that something within you is asking to be witnessed, integrated, and healed. Sometimes we don’t just miss a person — we miss a part of ourselves we associated with them: hope, warmth, confidence, belonging. In this session, you’ll gently reconnect with those parts, so your healing doesn’t depend on anyone else returning.

As you drift into deeper relaxation, you’ll be guided through soothing imagery and suggestion that supports: calming the nervous system, releasing rumination and emotional looping, untangling attachment and “what if” thoughts, meeting the shadow with compassion (the feelings you try not to feel), calling your energy back and strengthening your sense of self, sleeping deeply while your mind and heart reset.

This is not about forcing yourself to “move on.” It’s about letting your inner world reorganize, naturally, so the pain loses its grip and peace becomes easier to access.

For best results: listen in bed, headphones optional, volume low, and allow yourself to simply follow along.
