Stephanie Mei Hom grew up in Southern California but has been happily living in Memphis, TN since 2000. She is a former professional dancer with Ballet Memphis, and after 14 seasons with the company, is now a full-time Stott Pilates, ballet, and bodyART instructor, holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and essential oils educator with Young Living Essential Oils.

She loves empowering people to know, understand, and nourish their bodies in order to take their health and well-being into their own hands and make fully informed decisions through education, personal responsibility, connection, and community. She believes that the human body is a self-healing interconnected system in a miraculous interconnected world. She is a huge advocate for the local food movement and wholeheartedly supports local farmers.
