Carolyn Haeler (@Mightyliciousfoods on Instagram) is Founder/CEO of Mightylicious Gluten Free. After her own journey with Celiac disease, Carolyn embraced her mission to make gluten free food delicious; her perseverance led Mightylicious to being named Best Product by Food & Beverage Magazine 2 years running, with their Coconut Oatmeal cookies landing among Good Housekeeping’s Best Snacks of 2025. Her products, including seven cookie varieties plus GF flours, are now in stores nationwide including Walmart!

Ari Bliss hosts the Growth, Grace, Gratitude Podcast! She is a pre-med/psychology graduate, a professional ballerina, columnist, & author who grew up performing at Lincoln Center with New York City Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, & at Madison Square Garden. Her poem book "Long Distance Love" is out! Her unique upbringing has inspired her to open up the conversation with experts in their field for growing in self-development.
