32: Falling on our Faces & Having More Fun with Danielle Kloberdanz

When you’re too focused on 1 thing, other things can happen that you don’t expect, people come out of nowhere and you might even fall on your face to save them… that’s what this week’s guest experienced! And the lesson she learned? HAVE MORE FUN IN ALL YOU DO.

Danielle Kloberdanz was born and raised in The Netherlands. After completing her M.A. in Developmental Psychology, she met her American husband and moved to California. They currently raise their four children in San Diego.

Despite having achieved her dream of having a large family, she found herself wondering, Is this all there is to life? Parenting was more challenging and less fulfilling than she had imagined. Fueled by disillusionment and the hope that there was something more, she embarked on a series of spiritual practices and mindset tools that ultimately led to a life changing awakening, transforming her outlook on life and instilling a new understanding of motherhood.

This experience birthed the Inner Compass Living company and community, and the first book in a series, Inner Compass Mom. She hopes to encourage others on their path towards increased inner peace, joy and fulfillment.

Her 3 habits to help us enjoy life and be happier are:

1- Be aware of your thoughts and emotions and take action with them.

2- Practice Gratitude in simple ways daily.

3- Have more fun!
