Indi leads a smooth, steady bikini yoga flow that builds heat while keeping movement controlled and intentional. The session opens in mountain pose before moving through forward folds, spinal stretches, tabletop work, and balanced bird dog transitions to wake up the core and stabilize the hips.

From there, you’ll flow through plank holds, cobra and up dog, downward dog resets, and crescent lunges on both sides. Chair twists, chest openers, and grounded breathing bring everything together before closing strong and centered.
