Social media and the rise of exercise addiction

Social media and the rise of exercise addiction

The modern era of running is a complicated place to exist and the rise of social media has also led to an increase in people suffering from exercise addiction. We spoke to sports psychologist Dr Josie Perry about the positives and negatives that social media can have on your running and how best to approach your online existence when it comes to training and racing. Andy and Ben discuss 'Why We Run' and share the reasons why they decided to start running (we want to hear your stories too) and as Kerry and Jane are both away, Andy and Ben deliver some record breaking running news that will also have you reaching for your toothbrush.
