N.023 Yoga Nidra: A Powerful Way to Calm the Nervous System | Vagus Nerve | 35 minutes

Change your thoughts, change your world but first, take a deep breath.

In this yoga nidra, you will be guided to take deep belly breaths, aiding the diaphragm to massage your internal organs. This will be followed by a short eye-gazing exercise. These gentle exercises help with the activation of the vagus nerve, known as the "wandering" nerve. It is one of the predominant nerves in regulating our autonomic nervous system.
