Who are the advocates for in/fertility and baby loss rights in your workplace?

Are the management team supportive of those who are trying to become parents and those for whom that ambition is met with challenges?

In this episode, Somaya, Natalie and Emma are joined by Suzanne Johnston, a lawyer and partner at international law firm Stephenson Harwood who has helped shape the firm’s supportive policies for those on their fertility journey.

As a strong advocate for professionals facing the same similar issues with fertility that she has during her career, Suzanne shares some positive things that employers can do to support their employees and individuals can do to support themselves.
