During our conversation, Shirin shares how our light diminishes over time (aka we lose connection to our soul) because we grasp annd cling to things based on our conditioning. This book is a way we get to reclaim our light and learn how to identify and folllow our bliss. Shirin shares a big piece of connecting to our souls is first learning how to de-clutter.
