#139 - Our large-scale research study to establish a baseline for health | Dr. Taylor Sittler, Maz Brumand, & Dom D’Agostino, PhD

We launched an observational research study in order to gather CGM data. Data from our members will help us better understand what blood glucose patterns look like in the general wellness population. The study differs from others because we’re working to establish a baseline for health rather than a baseline for disease. With all of this data coming from our Members (with minimal additional effort from them), we’ll be able to collect the data, synthesize it, and publish it. By doing so, we’ll start to better understand blood glucose baselines and build a framework that will show the wellness population how to adjust nutrition and make lifestyle changes in order to optimize health through behavior change.
