April owns a restaurant with her family. She was a lifelong dieter. Once she reached her highest weight of 171 pounds, April gave up. Then in May of 2020, a friend posted about intermittent fasting and Delay, Don’t Deny.

April began with a 20:4 protocol. Her skin is radiant, she sleeps better, and she experiences freedom with food. She has lost 45 pounds.
