Judy is a retired clinical social worker. Prior to IF, Judy did not struggle with her weight. In March of 2022, she found IF after suffering from severe knee pain. Judy researched ways to alleviate this pain and came across Delay, Don’t Deny. Judy immediately began her IF journey.

Judy needed knee surgery to correct a torn meniscus but healed quickly. She has less inflammation, her eczema has disappeared, and she no longer struggles with ‘food noise.’ Judy loves the freedom to enjoy food.

Judy’s advice: Start IF slow. Don’t try to do too much at once.
