I started working with Colin 5 months ago and have never felt stronger and more committed to my physical wellness than I’ve ever been. Join us as we sit heart to heart and talk about the predatory nature of the fitness and diet culture on women, the challenges of being neurodivergent, the importance of rest for our nervous system, his three go-to movements to help anyone improve strength and range of motion and everything in between.
