Session 23 - Towards Positivity and Becoming Solution Oriented

Just continuing with our theme on how words and phrases can affect our neurology and can either embed us in a problem state or orientate our awareness to find solutions and become solution-oriented. We may not have overtly stated what exactly we have been doing over the past few sessions as I believe it's important that we each discover for ourselves what and where exactly we want: where we want to orientate our neurology, ie to solution state or to problem state. No one wants to be stuck in a problem state.

In previous sessions, we mentioned the words,"imagine" "discover" and "allow yourself.

Let's try a few more I'm grateful and I acknowledge the work of Jason Linett in this specific area.

The word - "remember" Of course, it depends on what you are remembering. Let's assume it's a positive event you are remembering. For example, "Remember a time when you felt really positive and motivated and as you remember that specific event, connect that positivity to what it is you are achieving right now. And as you do so, you can discover new ways to motivate yourself to achieve way more than you ever thought possible. So we are rediscovering past positive events and revivifying them, energising them and using the positivity associated with those past events and applying them, now in the present day.

Perhaps this is a new way of looking at things, maybe a new perspective. After all, gaining a new perspective can provide useful insight.
