Let's go back to a place that shaped me profoundly—sitting in the pews of my childhood church, eyes tracing the stained glass, inhaling the scent of incense, and feeling a sense of peace and unity. It was a time of innocence and connection, where rituals felt sacred, and everything in that moment seemed to be just as it should be.

But as I grew older, that sense of peace started to crack. I began to question: where were the women? Why was their presence confined to the sidelines, never speaking, never leading? Why was our unique strength and wisdom absent in the stories shared, in the sermons given? These questions sparked a journey of deconstruction, peeling back layers of religious, cultural, and social conditioning that, for too long, kept women small and silent.

This episode is an invitation to explore a longing, to uncover the subtle but powerful forces that shaped our beliefs about womanhood, and to step into a fuller, more vibrant expression of who we are meant to be.

In this episode, I'm talking about:
