In this episode, Judith Kohlheim tells the story of her battle with thyroid cancer, her struggles after the removal of her thyroid, and how she found keto. In August 2019, Judith started her Ketogenic lifestyle. She began her journey very unsure but quickly learned how great this lifestyle really was. She then created a self-accountability Instagram page using the name Keto4thesoul_. This was a page that she purposely did not share with close friends or family due to dealing with self-shame. In fear of accountability. Once the weight started coming off and her mindset started shifting, she started feeling more comfortable, and she began posting daily and truly found a passion for helping others become healthy, mentally and physically.
