Overcoming Subconscious Self Sabotage with Jehan Sattaur #34

Overcoming Subconscious Self Sabotage with Jehan Sattaur #34

Jehan shares his own struggles of growing up and how he suffered with severe anxiety and depression, to the point he tried to take his own life on three occasions. Through sitting in silent meditation, he finally understood that the negative voice that had been with him for a long time, came from his father. He learnt to switch it off and to start feeling his emotions again. Jehan talks about his feelings of not being worthy and how when he reached out to friends, they didn't understand. He shares valuable information about how we can get out of running on autopilot and start being the creators of our lives. Jehan now helps others to understand and work through their own subconscious programming from the knowledge gained through his own suffering of living with anxiety and depression.
