Eva Clayton- A North Carolina Representative

Join me this episode to hear about Eva M. Clayton. She was the first Africa-American woman to be elected to congress. She starter her term in 1992 as part of the 102nd Congress and went on to serve additional terms. She worked hard to fight for rural areas and in 2003 returned to her home in Littleton, North Carolina.
