#017 - Chris Mann - Hyrox Worlds, Self Improvement & 3:19 Marathons - Hyrox Athlete, Husband, Father

Hey everybody, welcome back to the podcast. My guest today is Chris Mann, a former Hyrox World Championship qualifier, a husband, and a father.

Chris and I delve into an array of topics all centred around self-improvement and athletic performance. We discuss Chris's Hyrox season and the increased level of competitiveness required to get to the Hyrox World Championships.

We also explore finding a balance between competing at Hyrox and supporting others, as well as Chris's personal growth journey and transformation. Chris shares his marathon training experience that allowed him to run a 3:19 Manchester marathon and discusses the impact of nutrition on performance. We delve into training strategies for endurance and how Chris leads a healthy, balanced family life while excelling in his athletic endeavours.

I hope you enjoy my conversation with Chris Mann.
