Beat Anxiety with These Easy Tips from a Longtime Meditator!

Blair Abee is a longtime meditator from the Bay Area who went through a traumatic experience at work and was fired for being a whistle-blower. This experience prompted him to take a deep dive into his meditation practice for therapy and to start writing and journaling as a form of therapy. After writing about 150,000 words, he realized he had some material that could be useful for others and started putting his six books together on meditation, which are available on Amazon. Blair practices a meditation technique called Higher Consciousness Meditation, which bypasses the traditional mind training that comes with most meditation practices and puts him in direct contact or awareness of the all and the omnipresence of the universe. He starts his day by saying "peace be still" and then practices Higher Consciousness Meditation, acknowledging his higher self and letting his higher consciousness answer his questions. Blair also shares tips for meditation and mindfulness that he uses in his daily life. About our Guest Blair Abee Blair is an author, poet, educator, consultant and ordinary mystic.
