Episode #116 kicks off with a brief discussion on everyone's (except Brett) favourite baby hippo. Brett & Joel remind the listeners about their upcoming live show with Nike in the lead up to NMMF before taking the listeners through their training weeks. Brett sees a big jump in improvement in his workout quality and Joel completes his first non stop 10+ km threshold in about a year. Brett & Joel then chat with the other third of Grattan House - Riley Wolff. Having lead most of our patreon-exclusive content, Riley is well known to much of FTK's core fanbase but it was about time to get him onto the main show. Riley takes us through a week of his training, while balancing full-time work, as he puts the final touches on his marathon training block. Riley takes the listeners through his race plan in Chicago Marathon before the three guys spend the longest time in recent memory on a plethora of TWHSOITWTWATSA.
