HIIT is a convenient way to workout if you are short on time! Research finds that workout routines with bursts of intensity followed by short periods of rest have a positive effect on the brain’s neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is a phenomenon that refers to the brain’s ability to adapt to change by altering its functional and structural properties. When these changes occur, great things tend to happen, like learning and acquiring new skills. It also helps with learning, memory, and recovery from injuries, such as stroke,
