Tara Garrison is a certified personal trainer and mom of 4. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Certified Neurotyping Coach and a Metabolic Analytics practitioner. She specializes in the ketogenic diet and helps people build muscle and lose fat on keto through a targeted ketogenic approach. Tara trained for and ran the Boston Marathon in 2017 in ketosis. She is the head coach at Complete Wellness and you can also find her every Tuesday as a weekly guest coach on the Civilized Caveman Facebook and @CivilizedCaveman Instragram accounts.
