Burnout doesn’t always look like a breakdown… sometimes itlooks like pushing through, feeling exhausted for no reason, or losing motivation for things you once enjoyed.

In this episode, we unpack what burnout really is, why itshows up so often for young people, and how everyday pressures like work, study, social expectations, and online comparison can slowly drain your energy.
