S5 EP9: Let’s talk about it: answering your questions (season finale)

S5 EP9: Let’s talk about it: answering your questions (season finale)

To wrap up the season, we’re handing the mic to young people.

In this special Grab Bag Q&A episode, we answer anonymous questions submitted by young people in our community, sharing lived experience and peer perspectives.

We explore questions around:

• navigating gender identity and sexuality when family or peers aren’t accepting

• knowing when work is impacting your mental health

• feeling “not unwell enough” to seek support

• second-guessing uni or study pathways near the finish line

This episode is about normalising uncertainty, giving yourself permission to grow and change, and recognising that you’re not alone in figuring things out.

If something here resonated with you, support is available and you don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to reach out.
