It is estimated that over 10 million Americans have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. Despite how common this condition is, there isn't typically very clear guidelines about how to exercise with osteoporosis. This is where our guest today comes in! Rebekah is an industry leader for movement education, bone health, and Pilates for more than 20 years, with a background in dance and sports medicine.
