Keith Reesby is a personal development specialist with more than 25 years of experience in human performance and transformation. Combining contemporary psychology, ancient philosophy and lived experience, he has developed the Hero You Process; a proven 10-step framework to help people discover purpose, clarity, and achieve lasting behavioural change.


Keith's expertise has been forged in some of life's most demanding arenas. He has served as a combat helicopter pilot and officer in the Army, competed as an international sportsman, and worked as a life coach, Psychology teacher, businessman, and adventurer. These experiences have given him rare insight into the human condition, and the practical tools to overcome its challenges.
