31. Sacral Authority

In this episode, Kelsey dives into Sacral Authority, which is the pure, non-negotiable life force of the Pure Generator being. As the most powerful motor in the Human Design system, the Sacral center provides sustainable energy, creative vitality, and a built-in guidance system that speaks through the body.

This episode clarifies what it means to be a non-emotional Generator and how the Sacral communicates through sound and sensation. We’ll also look at how the Sacral filters conditioning, provides direction without analysis, and reveals what is correct through satisfaction, frustration, and an in the moment gut response.
