In this episode, we’ll talk to one of Gerent’s solution architects to learn how he works with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, adapting it to create implementations that give our customers the solutions they’re looking for and, often, more than they’re looking for. Potential Salesforce customers will also gain a greater appreciation of why it’s so important to choose an experienced implementation partner – one that will take the time to fully understand how a client’s business works, be able to then envision a solution, and, finally, design and implement that solution so that the client’s goals are met. At the same time, getting the goods from a solution architect is one of the best ways to understand how flexible, adaptable, and “friendly” Salesforce products can be when married with legacy technology.
