Setting yourself up for success with the menopause

Setting yourself up for success with the menopause

In your 20s, 30 or early 40s and thinking you don't need to listen to this episode - you are wrong!

I go through all the things that you can do to set yourself up for success with your menopause journey.

And that means embedding healthy habits into your life as soon as you can.

I list the basis and why they are important to you.

  • Resistance Training
  • What and when to eat
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Mindful Practice
  • Sleep Hygiene
  • Supplements

The foundations are going to be the most life changing and further up the triangle we go are literally the icing on the cake.

Most of the marketing is around expensive supplements you can take or "balancing your hormones" - none of that here just straight forward basis advice.

Coaching plays a role in all these things by helping you to integrate them into your life and keeping you accountable.

If you need an expert in all things menopause and coaching please fill out this form here and I can support you.

For a visual look at the sections that I talk about please have a look at this booklet - Setting yourself up for success with the menopause.

Enjoy!
