Relationship with alcohol - what does yours look like?

Relationship with alcohol - what does yours look like?

As you know my coaching speciality is in relationship with food, however alcohol comes up a lot with some women that I work with.

They can be very intertwined with one significantly impacting the other.

So in today's podcast we are delving into what your relationship with alcohol looks like.

I have 6 questions for you to ask yourself free from judgement but with curiosity instead about your relationship with alcohol.

Dig in and feel whatever comes up for you.

1 - What does a healthy relationship with alcohol look like to you?

2 - Where are those beliefs from?

3 - Where do you drink and why?

4 - What would you gain by drinking?

5 - What would you gain by not drinking?

6 - What steps do you need to take to make your relationship with alcohol look different?

Journal these or think about that, talk to someone just do the work around them.

If you want to chat - my DMs are always open or you can send me an email at cara@coachingwithcara.co.uk.
