7: Perfectionism, orthorexia, and obsessions in health and wellness: Signs you’ve taken it too far and how to find balance

You can definitely have too much of a good thing, and even health and wellness can be taken too far. Ironically, when we let go of our tight grip on our wellness routines, then our bodies can actually heal. In order for the nervous system to enter “healing mode” we have to find ease with our approach to health and life in general. Perfectionism can keep us stuck in fight or flight all the time, therefore keeping our bodies from healing.
