When you’re health starts to fall apart, it’s easy to think you need to double down on your supplements and detox harder. But just like anything in life, we need balance in order to truly thrive. I often see people trying to fix their health issues with more detox protocols, more biohacks, more strict diets, and doubling down on their regimented routines. Yes this might work for some time, but if we don’t also prioritize nourishment and rest, it can backfire. What does nourishment even mean?
