You Don't Have to Lose Weight Alone Anymore: Why Hiding It Is Holding You Back.

You've read the articles. You've downloaded the apps. You've tried the diets. At this point you could probably teach a class on how to lose weight. And yet here you are, still trying to figure out why it isn't working. Today I want to talk about the one thing that changed everything for me, and it's the one thing nobody is selling you, because you can't put it in an app and you can't print it on the cover of a magazine.

In this episode I'm getting into why a diet built for somebody else was never going to fit your actual life, why doing this all alone and in secret is the hardest possible way to do it, and how the fear of messing up in front of people is the very thing that keeps you stuck. I'm sharing the story of how I lost 50 pounds without telling a single soul it was even my goal, why that made everything so much harder, and what finally changes when you stop white-knuckling it by yourself and let the right people in.
