Lara is a very influential figure within the female natural bodybuilding industry - with the way that she so openly shares her journey and real experience with life & bodybuilding. Lara Competed for the first time in 2022 as a figure athlete where she had an amazing first season, bringing home top 3 placings at PCA First Timers and SNBF. But most importantly, really learning and evolving her journey with bodybuilding. Aside from being a competitor herself, Lara is currently studying a bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology and media studies whilst also engaging in other work passions through lifestyles coaching, posing coaching … & so much more. It was a pleasure to have this conversation with Lara, as someone I have always loved following & someone I believe to have a wonderful view on the process of bodybuilding.
