This Episode Is Going to Trigger You

This Episode Will Trigger You…

In this episode, Raich and Maddy explore something they’re pretty sure will trigger you: compassion.

We dive into the science behind self-compassion, why it actually works, and practical ways to begin developing this skill in your everyday life.

But there’s a twist… compassion isn’t always soft, gentle and soothing. We explore the Yang side of compassion , the active, courageous and sometimes uncomfortable side of compassion that might surprise you.

Because sometimes compassion looks like kindness and acceptance… and sometimes it looks like setting a boundary, taking action, or doing the hard thing.
