N.047 Yoga Nidra for Shadow Work (without music) | NSDR | 48 Minutes

Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice that guides you to a state between wakefulness and sleep, where you can access your subconscious and bring about healing for your body and mind. This practice encourages self-awareness and the rewiring of any negative programming that hinders your inner peace and harmony. The key element is planting your Sankalpa, a positive and heartfelt intention or affirmation that resonates deeply with you.

To begin the practice, you are invited to settle into a comfortable position, lying on your back with all the support you need. You can use pillows, blankets, and an eye mask if desired. Closing your eyes, you are guided to take deep breaths and gradually relax your entire body.

You are guided to settle into stillness, observe your breath, and scan your body for tension and release it. You then shift your awareness to the mind's eye and repeat your Sankalpa, allowing it to be deeply imprinted in your subconscious.

As the practice continues, you explore different layers of your being, including the physical body, the life force (prana), the emotional body, and the realm of intuition and creativity. Each stage involves deepening your awareness and letting go of attachments and judgments.

The final stage focuses on the new moon's symbolism and invites you to embrace your shadows and acknowledge your strength and healing power. You affirm your Sankalpa once more and gradually awaken from the practice, returning to the present moment with a newfound love for life.
