Victoria Garrick is a former Division I Volleyball Player, TED Talk Speaker, Social Media Influencer, podcast host (Real Pod) and Mental Health Advocate. Since delivering her TED Talk in 2017, Victoria has become a leader in the mental health and body-image advocacy space. Today’s chat we discuss how athlete-life can drive into body-performance and body-image struggles, we touch on self perfection, destination addiction, the transitions and seasons of a body and relearning a relationship with food.
