Month 3 Recap with Woody and Walker

Month 3 Recap with Woody and Walker

Our third recap episode highlights the podcasts with Justin Bates, Luis Mendoza and Logan Ehnes. Justin is a personal trainer with over 17 years of experience training professional athletes, teams, individuals and small groups. He taught us about Tribe Team Training which is an awesome method for keeping one another accountable during workouts. Luis Mendoza brought his charisma to the podcast as he explained how to get out of tough situations in life without affecting those around you. It is a must listen for anyone who craves a world of happiness, fulfillment and giving back to others. Logan hopped on the podcast to talk about the mental side of golf as well as some tips for beginners. It was a lot of fun talking about the growing interest in golf and where it is headed. **Side note: This was a mobile podcast so the quality was not great but we did as best as we could to deliver another Price for Paradise podcast to you all!
